Polly Ann Campbell, 46, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2013.

Funeral services for Mrs.Campbell will be held Saturday, February 16, 2013 at 2:00 PM from Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Joe Thompson and Bro. Randy Andrews officiating.

Interment will follow in Roberts Tabernacle Cemetery.

Visitation will be: Thursday, February 14, 2013 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home and Friday, February 15, 2013 from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home and Saturday, February 16, 2013 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
