NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Tennessee Health Care Association (THCA) has named Linda Austin and Beverly Walker, owners of Knollwood Manor and The White House Assisted Living, to its Board of Directors for 2013.
Austin and Walker will serve as leaders and policymakers for the association as it enhances its members’ ability to provide essential long-term care services through education, advocacy and leadership.
“I am looking forward to working with Linda and Beverly this year,” THCA Executive Director Jesse Samples said. “Their expertise, leadership and passion for long-term care will greatly benefit our members as they face the challenges of caring for the state’s elderly and disabled.”
Austin and Walker have been members of THCA for 20 years.
