The time is drawing near for the 17th Annual Family Fitness Festival- Makin Macon Fit. This years event will be held on Saturday, September 11,2010 at Macon County Junior High School located at 1003 Highway 52 By-pass East, Lafayette. This event, supported completely by local volunteers, is designed to benefit Macon County Schools, teachers and the community. Because of the great help given by our volunteers, we are able to take the money raised and donate it directly to our local education program. One of the goals of Makin' Macon Fit is to promote wellness.
