The congregation voted to officially change the name earlier this spring. Christ Alive Church is located at 209 Chamberlain Avenue, just three blocks from the town square. Services include Sunday School at 10 a.m., Sunday morning service at 11 a.m. and Wednesday evening service/study at 7 p.m.
Christ Alive Church would also like to announce some upcoming events for the church and community.
• On June 6, the church invites everyone to attend its “Overflow the Row” service. This is a perfect time to visit the church, meet the staff and congregation and even stay for dinner on the grounds afterward.
• June 20th is Father’s Day and the church will be honoring Fathers during service that day.
• July 25 the church will celebrate the anniversary/Homecoming for the church with the theme of “Island Day”. Everyone is invited to attend in their “island” attire (proper for church of course), hang around for the “luau” after the morning service and enjoy music from the band Saint Silas.
• Pastor Kirby III is leading a study on the Gifts of the Spirit on Wednesday evenings at 7 p.m.
Everyone is invited to any or all of these events. The church looks forward to meeting you and enjoying fellowship in the Lord with you.
