Hello everybody from Golden Oaks. How is everybody out in News land? Proud to be back with all our readers. I’m always proud that I get to try and write Golden Oaks News again. Things are great here in our village.

One Sunday as I started to finish my news it was so beautful. The sun was out, the rain was gone for now.

At that time, things were so quiet here in the village.

Some residents were out some were out going some place some were on their way to church.

Last report I received Calcie Stinson and Ferrell Dotson were in the hospital. Hope and pray they will soon be back home. They are truly missed. Take care.

It’s always nice to see residents that have been so sick up and out again.

When we see Geraldine Mills out also walking up to pick up her mail. She always has a smile. I get to talk to her some time.

She is a brave lady. Everybody would like to say hello. Take care.

Vera Turner’s weekend guests were Janice and Mike Chapman, Linda and friend, Juanita White. Linda brought her breakfast.

She wasn’t feeling well Sunday morning. Her head was hurting. She is a nice lady. Have a nice rest of the day.

On Tuesday, Estelle Whittemore went shopping missed Blood Pressure. We missed her. She sure enjoys going shopping. Have a nice week.

Hazel West is also doing great. We sure are proud she has done so well. Have a great week.

At this time Connie Gann and Golden Oaks residents would like to stop and take the time to say thanks to Bethel Family Worship Church. For the bread your people bring over at Golden Oaks each week. It helps to know people care. May God bless and keep you. Have a great week.

I had a nice phone call from my friend Janis Prock. We had a nice visit. We talked about the good times at Golden Oaks and also the good times as breakfast girls.

Janis was feeling lots better. she gets the Macon County Times. That helps her so much. She can keep up with her friends and what goes on in Macon County. I still miss her. Janis said tell Connie Gann and Golden Oaks residents hello. Take care.

I guess it is time to say good night. Also, wish everybody a great week. With all the things that are going on, it’s always so much to be thankful for.

Pray that all the sick can get better. Let us still pray for our troops to come home, everyone would like to tell them how we appreciate them. What they give up for our country. Take care.
