City of RBS calls special meeting for April 20

The Red Boiling Springs City Council will meet in a special called meeting Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at 6 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to:

1. amend Ordinance #10-2 to take effect May 1, 2010.

2. adopt Ordinance #10-2, amending Title 17, Refuge and Trash Disposal, by adding “There shall be no collection of garbage, rubbish, or refuge from dumpsters of any size”, as amended, on second and final reading.

3. discuss procedure to collect delinquent property taxes.
