The Macon County Sheriff's Office has recovered approximately $2,200 more in stolen property stemming from the Gamaliel, Ky. theft ring that Det. Jeff Brewer worked on back in January.

This property was discovered on the Crowe family farm in another location. This property was found to belong to Macon County resident Chris Powell.

To date, Brewer has recovered from this investigation alone $52,200 of property that was stolen from Macon County that was taken to that particular location.
