Tigers and Tigerettes pull out victories over Westmoreland Eagles

The Macon County Tigers and Tigerettes took on the Westmoreland Eagles at home Tuesday night. Both teams played good games, each pulling out on top when the buzzer rang.

The Tigerettes played a very good game, furthering their lead at the end of each quarter. The score was 23-5 at half time. The Tigerettes came back out, and played another awesome half, bringing the final score to 46-10.

The Tigers played an awesome game against the Eagles. They stayed close during the first quarter, but the Eagles were ahead 11-10 going into the second. By half time, the Tigers were leading by 10 points, the score 29-19. The Tigers then came back out after half time, and continued to play hard bringing the final score to 59-38.
