Three local law enforcement agencies were presented with a $1,500 check Monday afternoon from the Wal-mart Local Charitable Grant program.

The money will be divided between the Red Boiling Springs Police Department, the Lafayette Police Department and the Macon County Sheriff's Department.

The check was presented to RBSPD Chief Terry Tuck, LPD Chief Jerry Dallas and Chief Deputy Stacy Gann of the MCSD by Wal-mart store manager Kevin Bowers. The presentation was made inside the store on Highway 52.
