The Macon County Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Christmas Parade Saturday.
The parade will start at 1 p.m., beginning at the corner of Ellington Drive and Highway 52. It will follow the route west to Highway 10 North, proceed through the square and conclude at the corner of Highway 10 and Akersville Road.
The theme this year is "A Colorful Christmas" and the grand marshal will be Nancy Doss.
As a reminder, all entries to be judged must line up by 10:30 a.m. Line up numbers will be posted along Highway 52 starting at the Sunshine Market and working its way back to Fleetwood. All horse entries will line up at Ben Bray Real Estate.
Following the parade will be Christmas at Key Park, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. This event will feature a variety of food, fun and prizes. There will be free photos with Santa.
Musical guests include Billy Reason and the Hired Guns and Dale Meador with Marsha Briggie and Melanie Bowmann will be on hand. Other guests include Randy East and Kim Marsh.
As the name indicates, it will be held at Key Park.
