Mr. Robert “Teakettle” Smith, 77, of Celina passed away at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center on Thursday, November 29, 2012. Mr. Smith was born on November 07, 1935 to his late parents Casto and Hattie Mae (Estep) Smith in Clay Co., TN.
SURVIVORS. Wife: Virginia Capps Smith, Children: Gwenith Rhoton and Roy Gore of Livingston, Billy and Cheryl Smith of Celina, and Shirley Rosine and Greg Partin of Kentucky, and in-law Jerry Rhoton. Preceded in Death: daughter, Deborah Smith. Brothers: Gene and June Smith of Celina, Roland and Margie Smith of Greenwood, Indiana. Grandchildren: Amanda Geesling, Amy Rhoton, Mikie Kelly, Alicia Labreck, Jason Bilbrey, Carla Grace, Billy Junior Smith, Anthony Smith.
Funeral services were held on Sunday, December 2, 2012 at 2 pm from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home in Celina, TN. Burial was in the Fellowship Cemetery with Bro. Harold Reeder officiating.
