Carol Creasy,62, of Lafayette, TN pass away on, September 28, 2012. He will be cremated and no service will be held. He was preceded in death by: Father, Garland Dee Creasy and Mother, Edith Marie Carter. He is survived by sons Michael Carter and Dwight Stovall.
