The 30th Annual Macon Co. Fair held its talent show Friday night. The talent show not only had many outstanding vocal talents but it previewed strong talents in fiddle, guitar, ukulele, and keyboard playing. Dance also made its way into the show, along with a little humor from the shows host and contestants. Contestants were from Macon, Trousdale, and Wilson Counties.

The talent show was categorized into three age groups: Ages 12 and under, Ages 13 to 17, and Ages 18 and older. The host of the talent show was the famous “Hay” Dale Meador. Judges of the event were Carolyn Mandrell, Lisa Dennis, and Oliver Ridenour. All sound and technical support was provided by the EJ Rider Band. The audience showed overwhelming support for all the contestants who courageously stood to show off their talents.
