It’s that time again. MCHS Golf Team 2012 Season has started!!! The 1st Match of the season was held on July 24, 2012 at Macon County Golf Course with teams from Red Boiling Springs High School and Greenbrier High School attending playing 9 holes. MCHS was victorious in both Boys and Girls Matches.
Boys Results:
MCHS Boys posted a score of 136, Greenbrier posted a 166 and RBS posted a 211. MCHS individual players scored as follows: Ian Whittemore 33; Zach Polston 33; Austin Williams 34; Larken Whittemore 36; Trey Reid 38; Trenton Duffer 40 and Mason Gunter 44.
Girls Results:
MCHS Girls posted a score of 82, RBS posted 109 and Greenbrier does not have a girls team. MCHS Girls individual scores were: Kaleigh Chitwood 39; Kaitlin Cartwright 43; Leah Johnson 44; Delaney Johnson 44; Savannah Knight 47; Mckenzie Mix 55; Cameron Toornburg 60.
RBS Boys individual scores were Cameron Wilson 46; Bailey Chapman 50; Ethan Norman 56; Donavon Greanead 59; Cody Gravens 66; Austin Crowe 70.
RBS Girls individuals scores were Victoria Rich 52; Savannah Green 57.
The MCHS Golf Team will be traveling to Five Oaks Golf Course in Lebanon, TN to challenge Friendship Christian High School on August 6, 2012.
