Tamara Ann Head, 14 of the Clementsville Community Red Boiling Springs passed away Thursday, July 19, 2012 at Cumberland River Hospital in Celina, TN.

She was born July 9, 1998 in Glasgow, Kentucky to Derek Christopher and Sherry Marie (Adams) Head. She was preceded in death by her brother, Adam Christopher Head, grandfather, Charles Thomas Adams and great-grandmother, Olene (White) Adams.

Other than her parents survivors include, Sister, Autumn Joy Head of Red Boiling Springs, Grandfather, Gary Lee Head Sr. of Moss, Grandparents, Janice and Richard DeVoe of Phoenix, AZ and Shelby and Mike Hull and great-grandfather, Ocie Adams all of Tompkinsville.

Funeral Services for Tamara were held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, July 21, 2012 at Upton Funeral Home with Bro. Tim McHenry officiating interment followed in the Clementsville Cemetery.
