The driver of a 24-foot cargo truck escaped serious injury after his vehicle rolled off of an embankment on Highway 10.
John Arnold Westphall, Jr., 58, of Nashville, was traveling north on Highway 10 when the front and rear tire of the truck he was driving slipped off the shoulder of the road.
He was unable to pull the truck back onto the road and it flipped over, coming to rest on its side at the address of 4603 Highway 10.
The crash was investigated by Tennessee Highway Patrol Trooper Gerald Carter, who says Westphall was wearing a seatbelt.
He was making a delivery for Lebanon-based Kodi Klip Corp., which makes connectors for steel rebar.
