Mable Napier Wagoner, 93, of Scottsville, Ky. Died at 11:05 P.M. Thur., March 15 at Cal Turner Extended Care Facility. The Allen County, Ky. Native was a homemaker, a member of Mt. Union United Methodist Church for over 80 years and former member of United Methodist Women. She was a daughter of the late Isaac Ester Napier and Essie Hanes Napier and wife of the late Cordell Wagoner.

She is survived by one son, Charles Lee Wagoner and wife Doris of Scottsville, Ky.; one daughter, Barbara Towns and husband Billy of Hartsville; one sister-in-law, Jo Napier of Aiken, SC; five grandchildren Michelle Oakes and husband Nathan of Scottsville, Brent Lee Wagoner of Elizabethtown, Ky., Timothy Towns and wife, Valerie and Daniel Towns and wife Ashley, all of Dixon Springs, and Michael Towns and wife Heather of Hartsville; five great grandchildren, Ashley Towe and husband, Ryne, Colton Oakes, Anna Towns, Isaiah Towns, and Evelyn Towns.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Alton Napier and A.J. Napier, and one sister, Frances Heath.

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m., Sun., March 18 at Mt. Union United Methodist Church with Rev. Chuck Pruitt officiating and burial in Mt. Union Cemetery. Visitation was scheduled for noon to 9 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m.-noon Sunday at Goad Funeral Home. The body was taken to lie in state at the church after 12:30 p.m. until funeral time.
