The request was in reference to the warehouse building, located at 900 American Drive, which Tennplasco leases from the city.
Tennplasco/Manar owns the manufacturing property located at 30 Industrial Drive and there are no plans to stop manufacturing at or to vacate the 30 Industrial Drive address at this time.
Our business has been adversely affected by the closing of the Toshiba plant in Lebanon and a general downturn in the automotive industry. The cost burden associated with this business loss prompted our request for relief only on the warehouse facility
