Meeting as the Board of Zoning Appeals, the meeting will be held Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at Lafayette City Hall. The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public comments regarding a special exception request to allow as a customary home occupation an office for a lawn mowing business at a residence in the R-1 Low Density Residential District at 237 Akersville Road.
