He was born May 11, 1974, in Clay County, Tennessee, to Debra Jean Newman and the late Harvey Lee Stafford. He worked in the commercial construction industry.
Survivors in addition to his mother include 1 Son: Dillon Ferguson of Red Boiling Springs, TN and 1 Daughter: Summer Lee Stafford of Red Boiling Springs, TN and 3 Brothers: David Robert Stafford of Madison, TN, Daniel Lee Stafford of Pleasant View, TN, and James Lucas Stafford of Red Boling Springs, TN.
Bro. Jimmy Anderson officiated at the services.
