Funeral services for Odessa Troutt Perdue, age 91, of the Oak Grove Community, were held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26th at Woodard Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Rick Duffer and Bro. Ray Lauftenburger officiating. Interment was in Perdue Cemetery.

Mrs. Perdue passed away Saturday, Feb. 23, 2008.

She was the daughter of the late Bob Hester Troutt and Elva Carter Troutt, was married to the late Lloyd Arvin Perdue, was a member of Providence General Baptist Church, and retired from Genesco. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by sons, Bobby Dewayne & Larry Bland Perdue; brothers, James, Odie, & Floyd Troutt; and sisters, Kate & Dorothy Rippy.

She is survived by her son, Harlan (Joane) Perdue of Lebanon, TN; step-granddaughter, Mary Ellen (Andres) Quiceno of Dallas, TX; step-great-granddaughters, Ursula and Veronica Quiceno of Dallas, TX; brother, Homer Troutt of Westmoreland, TN; and several nieces and nephews.
