Mrs. Thomas Elease Moore, age 82, of Westmoreland, TN, died Friday morning, January 4, 2008 at Macon County General Hospital in Lafayette, TN.

She was preceded in death by her husband, L.C. Moore; son-in-law, Gary Wix, and grandson, Levi Duty.

She is survived by a son, Mr. Lacey Thomas (Debra) Moore of Gallatin, TN; daughters, Mrs. Deborah (James) Johns of Lafayette, TN, Mrs. Patricia Wix of Hartsville, TN, Mrs. Mary Eileen (Tony) Satterfield of Hartsville, TN, and Mrs. Connie Marie Harrison of Hartsville, TN; 9 grandchildren, Wayne & Sid Dyer, Michael Wix, Casey Stovall, Lisa, Seth, & Crystal Moore, and Randy & Amanda Harrison; 28 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and sisters, Mrs. Essie Smith of Gainesboro, TN, Mrs. Lassie Short of Gallatin, TN, Mrs. Lovie McClearan of Moss, TN, and Mrs. Wealthy Strong of Moss, TN.

Funeral services were held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 10 a.m. Monday, January 7, 2008 with Bro. Richard Patton officiating. Pallbearers were Wayne & Sid Dyer, James Johns, Randy Harrison, Michael Wix, and Seth Moore. Interment was in Crestview Memorial Park in Gallatin, TN.
