Graveside Services for Dale Kernell, age 47 of Red Boiling Springs, TN were conducted Tuesday afternoon, October 30, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. from the Whitley Cemetery in Red Boiling Springs, TN with E. C. Meadows officiating. His family served as pallbearers.

Dale Kernell passed away Monday afternoon, October 29, 2007 at the Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, TN.

He was born July 14, 1960 in Jackson County, TN, the son of Evelyn Stafford Gravins of Red Boiling Springs, TN and the late A. C. Kernell. On April 1, 1989, he was married to the former Loretta Timmons, who survives. He was a disabled sawmill worker.

Survivors besides his wife and mother include: sons, Bobbie Dale Kernell and Ray Edward Kernell, both of Red Boiling Springs, TN half-brothers, Timmy Kernell, Gainesboro, TN, Allen Kernell, Red Boiling Springs, TN.
