A little more than two years ago, the Coach Barry King's Macon County Junior High Soccer team was created.
Since then, the team has grown and has found success among every opponent they faced in the Middle Tennessee Girls Soccer Conference.
September 21 and 22, the MCJHS Girls traveled to Friendship Christian for tournament play. There, they claimed the Conference Championship and the Conference Tournament Trophy.
Six girls were also named to the all tournament team.
MCJHS Head Soccer Coach Barry King also received the Coach of the Year award.
