Funeral services for Hillis Ray Creasy, age 64, of Hartsville, were held Wednesday, July 25, 2007 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Dorrum and Bro. Ronnie Delk, Jr. officiating. Interment was in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.

Hillis Ray Creasy passed away Sunday, July 22, 2007.

He was the son of the late J.W. Creasy and Ruby Juanita Blankenship Creasy, was married to Mary Sue Slayton Creasy of Hartsville, and was retired from General Electric.

Survivors besides his wife include sons, Johnny Ray Creasy of Adolphus, KY and Jimmy Allen Creasy of Hartsville, TN; daughters, Phyllis Susan Humes of Gallatin and Anna Joan Lawhorn of Portland; a sister, Carol Sue Ausbrooks of Scottsville, KY; and 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
