Graveside Services for Iva Price Copas, age 88, of the Union Hill Community in Clay County, TN were conducted Friday afternoon, July 6, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. from the Union Hill Cemetery with Hubert Jones officiating. Her family served as pallbearers.

Iva Price Copas passed away Wednesday afternoon, July 4, 2007 at the Livingston Regional Hospital in Livingston, TN.

She was born September 8, 1918 in Clay County, TN, the daughter of the late James and Julie Brown Price. On December 23, 1938, she married Clura H. Copas, who preceded her in death on March 19, 1975. Besides her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by her daughters, Judy Burton and Jennetta Copas, sons, James and Lanny Copas, sisters, Nice Ellen Dodson and Vestie Smith, and half-brothers, Arlos and J.C. Price. She was a homemaker and a member of the Union Hill Church of Christ.

Survivors include: daughter, Joan Frazier, Moss, TN; sons & daughters-in-law, H.C. & Peggy Copess, Celina, TN and David & Rita Copas, Union Hill Community, 15-Grandchildren, 21-Great-Grandchildren, 2-Great-Great-Grandchild.
