Tommy Barton Gammon was born on August 26, 1940, in Macon County, Tennessee, the son of the late Oscar and Ruby Dillard Gammon. He worked at Detroit Diesel Allison as a Tool & Die maker for 30 years.
He is survived by sons, Kevin E. and Tommy B. Gammon, Jr.; stepdaughters, Tina (Robert) Fox and Marie (Mark) Thomas, all of Indiana; sister, Teresa Gammon, Washington, DC; brothers, Ricky (Jennifer)and Tony (Shelia) Gammon, all of Lafayette, TN; 4 grandchildren.
