Lady Bulldogs drop game to Clarkrange

The game between the RBS Lady Bulldogs and the Clarkrange Lady Buffaloes was a nail biter as both teams were looking to improve their District 7-A winning streaks.

The Lady Buffaloes rolled to a 57-47 victory over third ranked RBS Friday night in front of full to the max crowd.

Clarkrange (20-2, 8-0) remained undefeated against Class A opponents and grabbed sole possession of first place in District 7-A. The loss was Red Boiling Springs' (21-2, 7-1) first against a Tennessee opponent.

The two teams will play again Friday night at Red Boiling Springs.

The Lady Bulldogs had been a strong opponent beating Hermitage Springs 72-18 earlier in the week when the two met on January 16.

This week's action will find the Lady Bulldogs going up against Watertown on January 23, Clarkrange again on January 26 and meeting Monterey n January 30.

The Region standings have RBS ranked in the #2 postition with a 12-1 record behind Clarkrange with a 9-0 record.
