Effie Belle Moore Nash, 92, formerly of 502 E. Locust Street, Scottsville, KY, died at 10:12 p.m. Monday, November 20, 2006 at The Medical Center at Scottsville, KY. The Macon County, TN native was a homemaker. She was the daughter of the late Winfield Scott Moore and Margie Ellen Marsh Moore and wife of the late Vernie Nash.

She is survived by 3 sisters: Etter Claridy, Bowling Green, KY, Mary Kate Jenkins, Woodburn, KY, and Hilda Mae Moore Jones Odle, Scottsville, KY; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Leo Moore, Frank Jack Moore, and Charles Clifton Moore.

Funeral services for Effie Belle Moore Nash were held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 22, 2006 at Goad Funeral Home with burial in Friendship Cemetery in Lafayette, TN.
