Mary Ellen Reagan, age 61, of Lafayette, passed away Friday evening, October 6, 2006 at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin after a lengthy battle with cancer. Memorial services for Mary Ellen Reagan were held on Monday, October 9, 2006, at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of the Alexander Funeral Home with Brother Larry Hagan officiating.

Mary Ellen Reagan was born on July 28, 1945 in Pontiac, Michigan, the daughter of the late Violet Ruth Mercino Giesner and Sonny Giesner, who survives and lives in California. In 1975, she was married to Pat Reagan, who survives. She had worked for several years at Tennplasco and was a Baptist in faith.

Besides her husband of 31 years and her father, she is survived by sons, Leo O. (Bonnie) Walker, Elkhart, IN, and Patrick (Bonnie) Reagan, Lafayette, TN; daughter, Sherri L. Walker, Sherwood, MI; brothers, Daniel L. Giesner, Terry M. Mercino, Joseph F., Billy J., and Tony J. Orsie; sister, Lucinda M. Robb, all of Michigan; grandchildren, Ashley N. and Addam L. Walker, Ammara L. Kanjanayothee, Leah Walker and John Love, Brandon (Savanah) Baker, Alexis N. and Andrew G. Reagan; great-grandchild, Kadence Love; son-in-law, Timothy R. Baker; and daughters-in-law, Cynthia Mercer and Veronica Reagan.
