Coach Scott Baughn, former RBS teacher and coach, has returned to the football field of Red Boiling Springs Jr. High with the assistance of Justin Wezet, who is a recent graduate of Western Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts degree and is a first year teacher and coach.
“We have several lead players including Isiah Washington, Shelton Watson, Chase Sircy and Brandon Kelly,” said Coach Baughn. “We are looking at a tough season because both Coach Wezet and myself feel the team has not had enough practice. Our biggest strength would have to be our offensive backfield.”
“The toughest game of the season is Algood,” said Coach Baughn. “That is the only team that beat the boys last year.”
With hard work and determination, Coach Baughn and Coach Wezet, look for a great but challenging year for the Red Boiling Springs Jr. High Bulldogs.
