Funeral services were conducted Saturday, July 15, at Woodard Funeral Home and was officiated by Brother Don Feltner. Interment was in the Siloam Cemetery.
She was the daughter of the late Ray Arthur Boles, Jr. and Sally Anne Thompson of Westmoreland.
She is survived by brothers, David Wade and Rodney Thompson of Westmoreland; sister, Tonya Cothron of Westmoreland; nieces and nephews, Alicia Wade, Jerrica Cothron, Jeffery, Jeremy and Joseph Thompson, Daniel Wade and Jacob and Jessie Cothron.
She was employed at Sumner Regional Medical Center as an RN.
