Funeral services for James Waylon Arnett, age 29, of 575 William Reecer Road in Moss, Tennessee were held at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY on Sunday, July 2, 2006 at 4:30 p.m. Officiating at the services was Bro. Martin Ballard and Bro. Jerry Swindell. Interment was at Old Mt. Herman Cemetery in Monroe Co., KY.

James Arnett passed away Thursday, June 29, 2006 at Macon County General Hospital in Lafayette, TN following a motorcycle accident.

Born January 4, 1977, he was the son of James Arnett and Janell Moore Arnett, both of Moss, TN. He was a construction worker and worked for Turner & Davis Siding & Windows and was a member of Freedom #2 Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by grandfathers Eford Arnett and Denton Moore, and grandmother Hilas Moore.

Survivors besides his parents include son, Tristan Arnett of Glasgow, KY; daughters, Keelan Arnett and Kinsley Arnett, both of Red Boiling Springs, TN; sisters, Sandy Emberton of Tompkinsville, KY and Lisa Jai Arnett of Greenville, SC; and grandmother, Delcie Arnett of Celina, TN.

In lieu of flowers, family wishes donations be made to Crohn's Disease.

Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY in charge of arrangements.
