Criminal Court will be held in Macon County on June 5, with Judge J.O. Bond presiding.

High profile cases, continued from the February session of Criminal Court, that are scheduled to be heard on that date are:

-Dr. Robert R. Ladd, who was charged by Jessee Richardson with three counts of TennCare Fraud. Dr. Ladd waived his rights to be present before Judge Bond in February. Edward M. Yarbrough is Ladd's attorney in this case.

-James H. Jenkins, charged by Jason Locke with aggravated sexual battery; criminal att. sexual battery; and sexual battery.

-Edward Cahill, charged with 13 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

-James L. Blanford, who was charged by LPD Lt. Bryon Satterfield with statutory rape in June of 2005.

-Jay D. Key, who was charged with rape and incest in 2005 by Jason Locke.

-James R. Johnson, of Sumner County, with six cases of rape and four counts of incest.
