Macon County Jr. High Band new member meet
A Macon County Junior High band new member meeting for fifth graders going into the 6th in the 2006-2007 school year will be held Tuesday 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the junior high school band room. This will be a come and go type meeting.
RBS City Council special called meeting
The Red Boiling Springs City Council will have a special called session Wednesday, April 26, at 4:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the city lawsuit against the state.
Election office open late April 26
The election office will be open until 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 26.
Title 1 Open house in progress
Lafayette Elementary School Title 1 Open House is in progress through April 27 during regular school hours. A special invitation is extended to Title 1 parents, but everyone is invited to attend. For more information contact Jayne Watson or Jennifer Brawner at 666-8868.

MCHS and MCJHS Bands spaghetti supper May 2
Macon County High School and Junior High Bands will have a spaghetti supper May 2, at the high school cafeteria beginning at 6 p.m. followed by the spring concert for both bands at 7:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased from any band member for $10 or call the band room at 666-2024.

Tri-County Vocational School Board of Directors will meet May 4, at 7 p.m.
