Clara Mandrell Perry, age 90, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2006. Funeral services for Clara Mandrell Perry were conducted at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, 2006 from the Woodard Funeral Home Chapel in Westmoreland with Brother Larry Emery officiating. Interment was in the Rippy Cemetery. Honorary and active pallbearers were her grandsons.

Clara Mandrell Perry was born the daughter of the late Bluford and Janie Eaton Mandrell. She was married to the late Walter Morris Perry. She was a member of Providence General Baptist Church. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by brothers, Walter Mandrell and Rubin Mandrell and sisters, Lona Belle Phillips and Lola Mae Taylor.

Survivors are sons, Bobby Perry of Indianapolis, IN, and Junior Perry & Gerald Perry of Westmoreland; daughters, Mary (Carline) Boren of Westmoreland, Erma (Bennie) Wright of Whiteland, IN, Ruth Harris of Franklin, IN, and Jane Reed of Westmoreland; 27 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren.
