He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Hardman, of Westmoreland, TN; 3 daughters and a son-in-law, Brenda Kinnich, Lafayette, TN; Roberta and Perry George; and Gloria Hardman, all of Indianapolis, IN; 4 sons and 3 daughters-in-law, Gary Hardman, George and Crissy Hardman, Manuel and Vonda Hardman, all of Lafayette, TN; Larry and Teresa Hardman, Hartsville, TN; 6 step-daughters and 5 step-sons-in-law, Debbie and Sammy Graves, Sandy and Robert Nixon, Janie and Ricky Duffer, all of Westmoreland, TN; Joann and Charles Begley, and Virginia Mundan, all of Indianapolis, IN; Johnnie Sue and Bob Wilson, Lafayette, TN; 2 step-sons and a step-daughter-in-law, Raymond and Thelma Sanders, of Westmoreland, TN; Donnie Napier, of Lafayette, TN; 2 sisters, Willa Vean Maxey and Carla Underwood, both of Virginia; a brother, Don Hardman, of North Carolina; several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a step-son, Danny Napier, 3 brothers, Bill, Fred, and Johnny Hardman, and a sister, Lillian Baldwin.
Funeral services for Bro. Robert Lee Hardman were conducted at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 25, 2006 at Alexander-Goad Funeral Home with Rev. Murl Wix officiating. Burial was in Eulia Cemetery. Pallbearers were Bill Hardman, Anthony Sanders, Waylon Nixon, Ricky Duffer, Raymond Sanders, and Sammy Graves.
