Jerry Wayne Perigo, 58, of Madison, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, February 26, 2006 in Springfield, Tennessee. The Macon County, Tennessee native was a Master Mason and an avid sportsman.

He is survived by his wife, Judy M. Perigo, Madison, TN; daughter, Brandy Perigo, Madison, TN; his mother, Ruby Perigo, two sisters and brothers-in-law, Bettie and Doyle Robinson; Darlene and Johnny McClanahan, all of Lafayette, TN; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Vester Perigo in July, 1998.

Funeral services for Jerry Wayne Perigo were conducted at 11:00 AM Thursday, March 2, 2006 at Cole and Garrett Funeral Home in Hendersonville, TN with Rev. Johnny Carver officiating. Burial was in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Goodlettsville.
