"This is the first time all season that we have played 18 holes in a match. Our goal was to learn the rules and etiquette of golf and to improve from the beginning to the end of the season. They definitely have accomplished that. These were the same eleven teams we have played against for hte past five weeks and had only beaten Livingston here on our course. For us to have gone to a new course and walked 18 holes and place third is a great improvement. I am very proud of this group of young men," said Coach Beverly Shoulders. "I would like to again congratulate them for their hard work and to thank their parents for the support they have given us."
