Sharon Renee Trent, 37, of the Westside Community, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2005 at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, Tennessee. The Allen County, Kentucky native was born Sunday, September 3, 1967, and was and employee of Racoe, Inc. On June 19, 1988 she was united in marriage to Kenneth Lee Trent.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Lee Trent; 2 daughters, Tiffany LeAnn Trent and Amanda Dawn Trent; her mother, Brenda McCullough; her father, Larry McGuffey; a brother, Neal McGuffey, all of the Westside Community; and her grandmother, Marie Jent, Lafayette, TN.

Funeral services for Sharon Renee Trent were conducted at 1:00 PM Friday, April 22, 2005 at Alexander-Goad Funeral Home with Jerry Mercer and Eld. Jackie Stagner officiating. Burial was in Macon County Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers were Michael Ragland, Keith Trent, Chris Trent, Robby Cornwell, Ricky McGuffey, Phillip Smith, Todd Waggoner, and Ricky Oldham. Honorary pallbearers were Timmy Anderson and Tracy Anderson.

Alexander-Goad Funeral Home in Lafayette, TN was in charge of arrangements.
