Price was charged in October of 2002 by Lafayette Police Detective Stacy Gann with three counts of burglary, one charge of theft over $500, one charge less than $500, and vandalism. The results of February Criminal Court, provided by Circuit Court Clerk Jennifer Hudson, reported that Price was guilty to count one burglary with time to serve consecutive to other charges.
She was charged in October of 2002 by Red Boiling Springs Police Chief Terry Tuck with five counts of burglary, two counts of theft over $500, and two counts of theft less than $500. She was found guilty of burglary a Class E felony and was sentenced to serve time consecutive to other charges.
She was charged also in 2002 by Macon County Sheriff's Department Chief Deputy Robin Gregory with six counts of burglary, one count of theft over $500, and two counts of theft less than $500. She was found guilty to count one and three, two counts of burglary. The remaining counts were nollie. She was sentenced to serve time for those charges.
She was charged with public intoxication, contributing to the delinquent of a minor and consumption under the age of 21 by Deputy Terry Atkins in October of 2002. Those counts were nollied.
She was charged with forgery, passing a forged instrument, and theft less than $500 by Detective Jimmy Hardin in October 2002. She was found guilty to count one, forgery, and the remaining counts were nollied.
A jury trial was held on the following counts of theft less than $500, auto burglary, theft less than $500, auto burglary, theft less than $500, auto burglary. These charges were by Lt. Bryon Satterfield. The jury also heard the charges of auto burglary and theft less than $500 by Jimmy Hardin. The jury's verdict was that she was guilty to count two, three, four, five, six, seven, and count one and two. She will serve eight years. These charges are concurrent to the previous charges. The first charges listed run consecutive with the last charges heard by the jury.
Price was currently housed at the Macon County Jail and will serve her eight years in Macon County.
