There's a new face in town and it belongs to Bobby McCollum, pictured here in the middle of the RBS Post Office. McCollum lives in Mt. Juliet with his wife, Pam, and five daughters, who range in age from 17-33. "It's a long commute," he says, "but I like being here. It's much more laid back than Madison," where until his recent promotion, McCollum has worked as a Supervisor. He's worked for the Post Office for 34 years, beginning as a Carrier in Nashville and Greenbrier, then moving into a Supervisor position in Madison. He says, except for putting in new counter lines and upgrading all the computers so that they are linked to the national postal computer network, he is not planning any major changes. "In fact," he says, he knows things are working here because he hasn't received a single complaint.
