Michael Kent Huddleston, born January 11, 1965, died August 8, 2004, in Birmingham, Alabama. Michael graduated from Shades Valley High School in Birmingham, and attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. He participated in the Air Force ROTC program there. He was a strong supporter of the US Military and was very patriotic.

He passed away unexpectedly Sunday night from an apparent heart attack. He is survived by his brother, Kevin Wayne Huddleston of Birmingham and Ronda Yeomans; his father, Leonard Ray Huddleston and his stepmother, Phyllis Huddleston of Birmingham; his mother, Beverly Milligan Tappan and stepfather Jerry Tappan of San Diego; stepbrothers, Scott and David Johnsey of Morris, AL; step-grandmother, Jeanette Thornhill of Boaz, AL; fraternal grandmother, Monnie Bell Huddleston and Aunt Thelma Joyce Huddleston of Lafayette, TN. He is also survived by a nephew, nieces, aunts & uncles, many cousins and friends.

The funeral service was Saturday, August 14, 2004 at Woodlawn Funeral Home Chapel in Nashville, TN at 2:30 p.m.
