Weather permitting, power will be interrupted to all areas served from the Red Boiling Springs substation beginning at midnight on Friday night, June 4, 2004. The affected areas include Red Boiling Springs and Hermitage Springs.
Upgrades at the RBS substation were completed in February. The outage Friday night will allow Tri-County Electric to complete upgrades to the distribution line being fed from the substation. TCEMC expects to have power restored to all areas by 3:00 a.m. Saturday morning.
