Funeral services were held Monday, August 4, 2003, 1 p.m. at Anderson & Woodard Funeral Home in Westmoreland, conducted by Rev. Leon Keith. Burial was in Eulia Cemetery.
She was born in Davidson County, TN on Sept. 3, 1945, a daughter of the late John Allen Mongle and Pearlie Mae Huddleston Mungle. She was married to Buford Taylor of Westmoreland, who survives. She was employed with Portland Mfg. Co.
Survivors besides her husband include two step-sons, Bud Taylor and Junior Taylor, both of Westmoreland; five step-daughters, Betty Brawner, Patsy Daniels, Janice Todd, and Alma Stewart, all of Westmoreland, and Darlene Taylor of Lafayette; 16 step-grandchildren and several step-great-grandchildren.
Anderson & Woodard Funeral Home in Westmoreland, was in charge of arrangements.
