re-scheduled at Lafayette

substation Aug. 9

Thunderstorms postponed Tri-County Electric's scheduled outage to repair damage at the Lafayette district substation this past Sunday morning. The outage had been scheduled so that crews could repair damage caused by a squirrel a couple of weeks ago.

Tri-County Electric has rescheduled the outage for 3:00 a.m. Saturday morning, August 9th. TCEMC expects power to be restored to all areas by 5:00 a.m. Saturday morning.

The Lafayette District substation covers part of the city of Lafayette (south of Scottsville Road); Highway 52W to the Sumner County line; Highway 10S to the Trousdale County line; and Akersville Road.

Tri-Co. apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this interruption of power.
