substation Aug. 3

Beginning at 3:00 a.m. Sunday morning, August 3rd, Tri-County Electric will interrupt power to all areas served from the Lafayette District substation. The outage has been scheduled so that crews can repair damage caused by a squirrel a little over a week ago. TCEMC expects power to be restored to all areas by 5:00 a.m. Sunday morning.

The Lafayette District substation covers part of the city of Lafayette (south of Scottsville Road); Highway 52W to the Sumner County line; Highway 10S to the Trousdale County line; and Akersville Road.

Tri-County apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this interruption of power.
