The indictment came after the Grand Jury heard testimony from Red Boiling Springs Police Chief Terry Tuck alleging that Leslie sexually abused two juvenile females and one juvenile male over the course of ten years. The charge made by the male juvenile alleged that Leslie sexually abused him while having authority over him.
According to Chief Tuck, Leslie turned himself into the Macon County Justice Center June 16 and is currently being held on $100,000 bond. Chief Tuck also reported that Leslie will appear in Criminal Court August 14.
