Dale Steven, 32, of 317 Pointe Lane, Lafayette, TN, was pronounced dead on arrival Monday, June 2, 2003 at Macon County General Hospital in Lafayette, TN, from injuries in a traffic accident. The Macon County, TN., native was born January 24, 1971, and was an employee of Toshiba in Lebanon, TN.

He is survived by his wife, Kristy McGuire Stevens; 3 daughters, Brianna Nicole Stevens, Danyelle Lashae Stevens, and Ashleigh Paige Stevens, all of Lafayette, TN; his mother and step-father, Katherine and Steve Howell, Dixon Springs, TN; his father and step-mother, George and Reba Stevens, Lafayette, TN; 2 sisters and a brother-in-law, Mildred (Mickie) and Bobby Sullivan, Hartsville, TN; and Freida Polston, Lafayette, TN; a step sister, Amy Wilson, Bowling Green, KY; He was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Wayne Gulley.

Funeral services for Dale Stevens were conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 4, 2003, at Alexander-Goad Funeral Home with Rev. Raymond Adcock and Rev. Harold King officiating. Burial was in Eulia Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers were Perry Wayne Farley and William Earl McGuire, Jr. Active pallbearers were Thomas Toney, Don Jones, David Jones, Don Stevens, Jackie Stevens, and Jacob Knight.

Alexander-Goad Funeral Home in Lafayette, TN, was in charge of arrangements.
