Harp, of Wright's Trailer Park, was allegedly charged with aggravated child abuse and simple possession of marijuana by the MCSD in March of 2003. The child abuse complaint was filed by the father of the victim.
Harp pled guilty to possession of scheduled VI. The charges of child abuse were dismissed. The details of the dismissal were not available at press time.
